Price And Payments

The Client will pay Mediacle Limited, the fixed fee agreed in advance or the agreed amount in addition to the additional hours where necessary – whichever is agreed at the time of the instructions.
Mediacle Limited may insist on payment by the Client within the stipulated days of them receiving the invoice.
Any charges payable under this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes and such shall be payable by the Client in addition to all other charges payable.
Mediacle Limited can suspend or terminate the services rendered if the Client fails to make a payment or is late.

Intellectual Property And Content Rights

All the images, logos, text, software code and graphics are owned by the Mediacle Limited. Any use of these proprietary properties without prior consent from us, is considered as an infringement of rights. Legal action may be taken upon notice of such acts.

Neither Mediacle Limited nor the Client will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under or in relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature. All the information related any aspect of the business or the terms and conditions will be shared only after prior consent has been provided by the parties involved.

Mediacle Limited is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy.

All your personal data provide by you is protected using the latest encryption software. It is stored on secure servers. It is not rented out, sold or disclosed to any third party without consent. Only upon a legal process or court orders are we obligated to disclose this information.

We respect your privacy and its safety is of utmost priority for us. All the technology that we use and the privacy policies that we have in place are to prevent any unauthorised access and improper use.

Termination

Mediacle Limited reserves the right to terminate these terms and conditions at any time. At any point of time, by mutual consent from both the parties involved, this can be terminated with prior notice. Upon termination, you lose the right to use any of the services or support of the website. Payments and other financial handlings are subject to the prior agreement made at the time of instructions.
